Our Service
BestFlightsBooking acts as an intermediary between you and airlines. Our agents search available fares and, with your authorization, book a reservation using the payment details you provide.
Bookings and Payment
All fares are subject to availability and can change until a booking is confirmed. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide over the phone for the total cost of your booking, including any applicable service fee disclosed to you before the charge is made.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, change, and refund policies are set by the airline operating your flight. We will help you understand the applicable policy before you confirm a booking and can assist with change or cancellation requests by phone.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, travel dates, and contact information. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided during booking.
Limitation of Liability
BestFlightsBooking is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us for the booking in question.
